Strengthen the use and management of law enforcement recorders

In order to further strengthen the use and management of law enforcement recorders, the police shall be urged to regulate law enforcement behaviors, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the civilians, auxiliary police, and parties who violate the law, so as to achieve a

more standardized law enforcement behavior, a more effective law enforcement supervision, and a more optimized law enforcement effect.

The Police Inspectorate Brigade and the Legal Brigade went to various law enforcement departments to conduct on-site inspections on the

use and management of law enforcement recorders.

This time, the inspector found that the police receiving and processing videos uploaded in the law enforcement case handling system and

the law enforcement recorder information management system were not associated with the police receiving and processing videos of

individual departments. Due to the improper use of the law enforcement recorder, the video could not be played or there was no sound

or shooting. The angle is incorrect, and the law enforcement process cannot be recorded throughout. At the same time, conduct on-site inspections of the equipment, wearing, storage, and use of law enforcement recorders for civilians and auxiliary police in various law

enforcement agencies, and require immediate rectification of individual problems to ensure that the use and management of law

enforcement recorders are standardized. It clearly requires that “the police must be carried, the police must be recorded, the information

must be complete, and the information must be kept compared to the records.” The entire process is recorded without omissions, to

protect the safety of the civilian auxiliary police, fix effective evidence of violations, and improve the deterrence and credibility of law

enforcement.

Through inspections, we will further promote the standardization of law enforcement, and effectively improve the police's self-regulation,

self-discipline, and self-prevention awareness, so as to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and law enforcement

police, and enhance the image and ability of law enforcement.
